We were one of the first clubs to build a state-of-the-art facility and training base the NEC Hangar. But we must continually innovate and invest in leading edge amenities, equipment, and technology so that our football teams can have everything they need to be the very best they can be.

We want to ensure our players, coaches and staff have access to the required gymnasium equipment and sports science initiatives to train and perform at the highest level.
TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAMS
Our talent identification and pathways programs are aimed to identify, attract, nurture, and develop all talented players from junior ages (both male and female), while growing participation in the under-represented segments of our community. This extends both Nationally and Worldwide. Programs such as our James Hird Academy and Next Generation Academy are some of the club’s talent identification and pathways programs.

Having access to the latest technology and statistical and analytical software helps inform our club to maximise our athletic quality of our players and gives our players the best chance to perform week in week out.
